"I was referred to Grace Roberts and James Roberts at State Farm by a colleague who has had auto + homeowners insurance with them for many years. I have been with my local Allstate agent for over a decade but never spoke to my actual agent only his assistant. It was transactional and impersonal.
From the start of my call, I received excellent and knowledgeable customer service from this State Farm agency. A startling difference to Allstate.
I was transferred to James who assisted me with getting a quote for Auto + Renters insurance coverage. The whole interaction was simple, straight-forward, and was completed during my commute home. I had received multiple quotes from AllState, Costco's American Family program, and Farmers, along with this State Farm quote. This State Farm premium was the cheapest with higher and more comprehensive coverage.
James answered my questions with detailed knowledge offering suggestions on coverages based on my driving history and current needs. It was one of the most pleasant and informed conversations I have had with any insurance company.
This is the start of my policy with them but I trust that if any claims arise I will be well taken care of."
