"After a very poor experience trying to transfer a policy with another State Farm office, I gave James a call and he was incredibly helpful. He gave me multiple options and spelled out what each area of the policy meant in laymen’s terms. All in all, an hours long headache at another branch being told I couldn’t transfer my policy with discounts was solved in 15 minutes by James, and even was able to save me more money!"

"It's been some time since I shopped for insurance. No claims, no accidents, no infractions but my rates just kept climbing. I dreaded having to "shop" around but wanted to know that I was getting competitive pricing and if I could save some money without getting completely bottom of the barrel insurance, I was willing to do the work. My first call was to the Grace Robets State Farm Agency and Madi assisted me. From the start she was professional and straight-forward. She listened to my situation, expressed relating to my concerns and said she hoped she could get me great insurance, while saving me some cash. In the end, Madi did exactly that and I am saving over $600 a year! Better quality insurance at an amazing rate with an honest representative that I can trust! Thank you Madi!
