"update: I met Grace and her team in person for vehicle insurance. what an amazing experience! I have been with state farm for the past 30+ years and have met many agents along the way. But, nothing like meeting this agent. Grace was so graceful (no pun intended) and has this kindred spirit that I have not seen in the insurance industry. It is so difficult to survive in the competitive market. Grace was fully prepared with the policy. so, it took only few minutes. But, I ended chatting with Grace and her husband. Such great people. If you are looking In the seattle/Redmond market for State Farm products, Please reach out to Grace I’m sure you will not be disappointed!!! Amazing young agent full of positive energy that is contagious!!! This is a review on my own volition and have not received any promo or preferential treatment! I just want to spread the word that in this times of cut throat competition, there exists genuinely good people who can help you! Experience yourselves! I recently connected with Grace at State Farm to get a policy, and the experience was fantastic. "They were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgable when I called looking for insurance. No part of the policy went unread. They walked through every step with me. They set up my policy before I purchased my car so that when I was ready to make the purchase everything was ready for me. "Amazing amazing individualized customer service. Assistant Madi can answer most questions quickly by phone call or email. Always returns calls promptly. Family owned by couple Grace and James. They go out of their way to explain everything. Insurance is not inexpensive but you need to know options of what u r paying for and the actual coverage you are buying. They search for the best bundled rates and discounts. We bought a new car and one phone call resulted in an email of my new insurance card within 15 min. After years of subpar service by another insurance agency, this group has truly raised the bar on excellent customer service. Bravo for honesty and transparency."
