"I have been overpaying for homeowners for two years because I was afraid of the hassle of switching. I was referred to this office, to Madilyn Malmborg specifically, by a coworker who had a good experience. This review is just a public service announcement that if you are putting off getting better insurance- better coverage, better PRICES, and better customer service, don't! Madilyn was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. We not only have better coverage on our home, and better coverage on BOTH of our vehicles, but we are actually saving $109 a month! $109 x 24 months of indecision = too much wasted money."

"I called and spoke to Paul today and he was superb, not just his knowledge about the matter but his willingness to take the time to explain and help me make a decision on the UIM claim I was advised by my attorney to consider. I was involved in a major multiple car accident several years ago and being the last person to settle the claim, the remaining funds would not be enough to cover my loss. I’ve been torn whether the decision to do what my attorney suggested would bring implication to others. Paul reassured me that filing the claim to recoup my loss, given it’s been 5 years old, would not hurt my friend’s policy. Paul reassured me why the insurance is there and since we are not at fault, it would not hurt either one of us if I choose to collect on the UIM payout. Paul explained the process and was exceptional overall! The one thing I appreciate so much is how Grace and her team take the time to explain and help me understand and be informed about insurance and different policies. You’re the best Grace Team! Thank you for your time again!"

"Why did i buy renter’s insurance from State Farm, like some senior citizen? Well, because of people like those at my local agency. Yes, I could have just had the bare minimum liability coverage that my landlord requires. But, by buying it from a human, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could significantly increase my liability coverage at very little additional cost. This gives me peace of mind, which is why *I* buy insurance in general, not just because my landlord requires renter’s insurance."
